Jotform is a powerful online form builder that allows you to create forms, collect submissions, and manage data.

How to connect it

  1. In SLX, open your connections and choose Jotform.
  2. A Jotform consent window opens, listing the access below. Review it and approve.
  3. Jotform returns you to SLX and the connection is stored against your workspace.
  4. Ask for something in chat. SLX resolves it to a Jotform call and runs it. If a token expires or access is revoked, it will ask you to reconnect.

No OAuth scopes are declared for Jotform in SLX’s connector configuration. Review whatever access is requested at connection time before approving.
